As 🌍 Earth Day 🌏 approaches next week, we're reminded of our shared responsibility to care for our one and only planet. But sustainability isn't just about carbon footprints, recycling, and caring for our personal ecosystem—it’s also a powerful lens for leadership. Just as the Earth needs stewards, so do our organizations. What would it look like to lead in a way that sustains people, culture, and purpose—not just performance? The black trillium pictured above is an endangered species found only in a very small range in Georgia and South Carolina. In disrupted times such as those we are currently experiencing, emotionally intelligent leadership can also feel like an endangered species. What are you cultivating? Want to talk about the heart of leadership in disrupted times? Reach out and stay turned for my longer article next week.
